Default Opinions/Experiences with F150/Tundras

I test drove Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and Toyota today. Comparably equipped half-ton pick-ups, 4x4, crew cab, mid trim level etc

Between the test drives and the little research I've done so far, it's down to the Ford and Toyota. I really liked them about equally, I like the salesperson better at toyota, I like that the rear window rolls down, it has a nice ride and a powerful engine. The ford also has a nice ride, slightly less powerful engine, but is a Ford (big + to me), and the interior is finished a touch better.

I'm comparing the F-150 XLT 5.4L 4x4 to a Tundra SR5 TRD 5.7L 4x4

So to those that have purchased one of these in the past 2-3 years, would you still buy the same truck? Biggest pros and cons?

For the record, I didn't like the transmission on the Chevy, and the back seat was the smallest, and the Dodge, while great to drive, has less than stellar reliability and was the most expensive. They were nice trucks, but I'm between the Ford and Toyota. Thanks in advance!
