Rabidsquirrel Moderately Confused Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Pennsylvania, US Posts: 576 Trading: (5)	Finally! After 5 months of being strung along with a bank and then backing out of that house, we had settlement yesterday on another house. Today we changed the locks, added deadbolts, changed some fixtures out, prepped for paint, cleaned and fixed a few things. Tomorrow is more of the same.
