Incorrect. Well correct, but incomplete. Cigarette smokers are SOL, but cigar smokers are in pretty good shape in this city...
Stogies, the LCDH, Whisky Cafe, Queue de Cheval (fantastic steakhouse btw) , Rib 'n Reef (never been) plus a few more other places all have cigar lounges.
FWIW, my favourite one to just hang out in for the afternoon is Stogies.
