Room ventilation recomendations

Thanks so much for the info so far. A few clarifications are in order;
1. Not really a sun room but a room added on to the kitchen with heat, 5 windows, cealing and attic.
2. Has two heat vents and does not effect house temp if windows open, but does get cold if windows open
3. Understand Czonka uses and glad to know it works when not using room.
4. Room is 13x17x9, so my math says just under 2000 cubic feet.
