I highly doubt that any of last years' retailers will be getting the Drac this year, but you never know.
I have heard that this years allocation will work the same as last year. 13 retailers will be chosen at random to receive the Drac. Gloucester Street Cigars in Boston will get them again this year, as Pete has mentioned that it was their idea for this "concept." Except for Gloucester Street, none of the other 12 will be eligible for the main shipment of 50-ish boxes each (666 boxes between 13 retailers). Last year, only Tatuaje's Top 100 retailers were eligible for these cigars, so I would assume that they will be chosen that way again. I have also heard the rumor that there will be some extra boxes so that other retailers will get the opportunity to get a few each. All that being said: It's Pete's company and he can do what he wants in any way he wants. So any of the above could be subject to change.
