Recommend web hosting provider?

Looking for a new web host. Need the following, which are typically offered by nearly every host:

Linux/Apache
PHP
MySQL
IMAP

Here's the trick. At least two of the sites I host have requirements where I need to give access to another admin for the purposes of control panel access. Right now I'm hosting at GoDaddy.

The problem with GoDaddy is that they 'lump' everything together, so when I give a logon to one person, that individual has access to ALL my domains and account information because their logon is global to get to their admin panel. So any given individual can impact not just the site he's supposed to have access to, but also my other sites and billing information as well.

Any suggestions? I was just looking at Host Monster. Anyone have experience with them?
