Yes, they were reblended. Pepin's blends are family secrets. The "new" Padilla's are not what I have loved in the past. Sales at the shop also reflect this.
I see...so Padilla never really knew what the blends were...makes sense. I must say I just had a 1932 and it was pretty damn phenomenal.
