spent the day bottomless
and it felt so natural.
Finally got the bottomless portafilter in and really like the way you can check out the pull....  I am getting a lot more consistent after burning through 2 pounds of beans. I need a lot more learning, but have achieved fairly decent results...  What a fun journey this is becoming.....
