I really like the Brazilias. I got a deal on a 10 pack from Cbid (or C.I.-can't remember) and 3 of the 10 were plugged. As the time for returns had passed, CBID/CI wasn't interested in replacing them but did say that when I ordered again, they would do something?

I wrote a letter to CAO and received a hand written response from their C.S. rep, replacement cigars and a DVD. I was very impressed with their response and service and will be buying more Brazilias
