Sounds great!
You don't see much of this out west but living in the south pulled pork and cole slaw is almost a requirement! I have to agree on the Sweet Baby Ray's - that is some great sauce. Most of the places around here (Memphis and Carolina style) tend to go for the vinegar based sauces but I like the thick and sweet stuff, too.
