USPS pisses me off
So today I get an email from Xikar. I sent in my 009 punch and my xi3 cutter. Someone along the way from the USPS had opened my package and stolen my damn cutter I didn't ship with insurance so that's my fault, but don't we all have a reasonable thought that our packages will not be open? Here's the email.
Andrew, Hello. We received your return package this morning, however it seems like there was a thief along the way. The package arrived partially torn open at the top and all that was inside was your letter, the Punch, and the cutter sheath. No cutter. So if you would please email me back and let me know what cutter you sent in to be sharpened I will have everything taken care of. Thank you. Kudos to Xikar for letting me know about the stolen cutter and it appears they are going to replace it for free. What a great company. I will continue to support Xikar for their customer service and great products. Ok venting over. |
