Capital Hill Passes More Tobacco Regulation

As if tobacco is not enough of a taboo in America, now the FDA is granted powers to regulate both cigarettes and cigars : "The law will mean confronting graphic warnings of the risks of their habit every time they pick up a pack, and possible changes to the formulations of cigarettes and cigars"
