Job opportunity in michigan

I am looking to hire a Life and commercial specialist producer here in michigan. I work out of cadillac and live in traverse City.

Our rates are competitive and we are doing well, but im having a hard time keeping up with the life side of things as well as service and such when im trying to sell P&C.

Duties would include:

helping with customer service(until i can find a decent receptionist/CSR)
Calling current customers to cross sell life
Calling leads(I pay 50 percent of cost here)
Cold calling is rare, but can help sometimes
meeting set goal, with 120 life policies the major goal for the year, and a P&C goal for Commercial

Qualifications:
Licensed by the state of michigan in Property and casualty and Life accident and health, or ability to become licensed quickly
College degree not nessesary, but sales experience a plus
Industry experience again, not nesessary, but a plus
Must be able to pass background check

Compensation:

Commission based. 100% of First year Premium for life insurance

P&C would be based on line of business, but between 60-75% of First year premium.
