That warranty seal begins with an H which would make it 2006.

They look like Churchill sized cigars, but they don't have the Churchill Labels.

The Romeo y Julieta Churchill sized cigars that did use the regular labels are the Prince of Wales which were discontinued in 2002.

Theres probably hundreds of more mistakes I'm missing, but you get the idea!!
