Mexi Theme....
So I was watching some food tv shows and though mmmmmm foood....
Anyways Picked up a can of pinto beans, can of cut up stewed tomatoes, cooked up a package of chorizo *mexican style* cup up the rest of the hot peppers I had from this summer, simmered for two hours, then served over some rice and ate with some chewy flour tortilla's. Bloody awesome I tell ya. No seasoning needed since you get a melody from the chorizo. |
