I am absolutely thrilled with it. So much better than Time Warner! Damn near twice the HD selection for much less! I have the U200 and Express Internet package.

I got my first $50 Visa check card two weeks after service started, and will get my other $200 soon.

Lots of the horror stories you hear were from the early days. IMO, most of if not all of the kinks are worked out.

Go for it.
