Default Repairing a paint chip on a car advice

So washed the car for the first time in two or three weeks today (been out of town, busy, weather's been crappy, etc.).

Apparently we got a nice chip on one of the doors, no doubt thanks to one of our neighbors or someone at a store. Rust has already formed, but I'm not too worried about being able to get it off as I think that part will be easy. What I am worried about is how to repair the paint afterwards and make it look decent.

Does anybody have any ideas or any methods they have used that work?

I googled and found this... anyone used it before? http://www.langka.com/paint_chip_repair.php

Thanks.
