Liquor laws are queer as three-dollar bills, and Louisiana has it's share of screwy ones. Alcohol can be offered, free of charge, on the premises, however an employee cannot serve it, otherwise that requires a liquor license.


We actually have a shelf in the office filled with boozes that regulars bring in and leave for when they want a drink.
