Third day, Total Body Circuit was the toughest one so far.
Fourth day is Ab Intervals. Preview of it seems less lunatic than today's workout. Three more workouts and first week is history, unless I drop and don't get up during one of them. This 55 yr old is feeling alive again when I wake up and my back pain is not noticeable because my freaking calves hurt so much.
