they don't need their own "humidor/cooler", as long as you keep it out of the sun and moisture.
* for long term storage of open tins, you need a non-permeable sealing container, like Ball or Mason jars. <-- con: they don't stack well. * for short term, like you just opened a tin and don't want it drying out way too much over the next 4-8 months before you're done with it, i suggest zip loc containers that stack. <-- pro: they're designed to stack on each other. * for sealed tins, leave 'em sealed.
