There is an ad in today's paper, from the Consumer Opinion Center located in Richmond, VA. Don't know if the studies are set up nationally, but thought this might be of interest to my local BOTL:

I did a little research and COC is funded by the Altria Group which owns Phillip Morris which owns John Middleton, Inc., which makes Black & Milds... COC is currently funding other consumer research in tobacco products. Looks like the average compensation for those studies is about $200 for 2 days of participation.
