Liga Privada Undercrown Corona Viva Review
Review # 81
$ 7. - $ 9. Country of Origin: Nicaragua Wrapper: Mexican San Andres Negro Binder/Filler: Connecticut Habano/Brazilian Mata Fina & Nicaraguan Habano Size: 5 5/8 x 46 Prelight: Aged tobacco, cedar, earth, leather, nuts and some herbal spices. The herbal spices dominates here the most. 1st 1/3 Perfect draw, very smooth and creamy smoke, has a constant smoke output off the foot Coffee, cocoa, nuts, cedar, leather and delicate sweet spices, no harsh bitterness of pepper notes exist here. Burning perfectly straight. 2nd 1/3 Smoothness continues, I only wish the stick was a little louder in it's excellent flavors Continues with coffee, cedar, cocoa with nuts, leather and the herbal spices. Burn line continues with its straight line and the constant chimney smoke off the foot. Last 1/3 Not overly complex but the mild smooth flavors are excellent I think the dominate note is the herbal spices, almost clove like Getting some caramel here also with very light pepper, the draw remains excellent and straight burn. I think the Undercrown has to be the most billowing cigar I've ever smoked. The flavors ramp up here in the last 1/3, making it a great finish. A very enjoyable smoke this memorial day morning Smoke time: 1hr 20min Score 9 out of 10
