Default For those that freeze cigars, who doesn't use the refrigerator?

I'm just wondering how many of you put your cigars directly into the freezer and whether or not you have had any issues? It's been a while since I've bought cigars but I've always frozen everything. Just got some today and I threw them straight into the freezer.

If I recall correctly, my process has always been:

Double bag and evacuate as much air as possible
48hrs in the freezer at -10C
Overnight at room temperature still in the bags
Then, the humidor

I don't recall having any issues. What's the worst that would happen, a cracked wrapper? Everything in my humidor has been frozen. I've had some cigars that I've had to toss for bad draw or burn but that can likely be related to possibly being too humid. On that same note, I've of course also had cigars that smoked absolutely perfect. From my research, freezing truly can't hurt, but most tutorials recommend using the refrigerator before and after freezing.
