Mark, based on your surgery i wouldnt recommended as of yet. It is extremely intense and lots of movements involved that could potentially mess you up so soon after surgery. You are doing great so far and so i would stick to your current plan at this point.

In a few months im pretty sure u could take on it. Anyways, google it Insanity to see videos of it and what you can look forward to in a couple of months.

Btw congrats in the weight loss thus far. Thats a lot of weight gone !
