Economical grinders?

I have a $10 grinder from Albertson's, a ProctorSilex, it is quite and grinds just enough for me, since my wife is not into coffee, so something small for a 2 cup is nice. It is an all purpose grinder, the cord wraps inside the bullet by turning the top half of the unit. Worth the money, bought it while on vacation because I left my other grinder at home. Travel size, works for me.
