Glad things are going the way you want though, it's funny how stressful they make the process. When buying my home I had the down payment and a credit score over 800 but they still made everything as stressful as possible. It'll be over soon. Congrats!

Oh, and I hate you for being in the financial position you're in, I don't think I'll ever be able to retire.

Trust me....I'm not in all that great of financial position (IMO)....but trying to get there.
I just don't want to be mortgage poor my whole life.
