Default Roxy Maduro Corona

I received this cigar via trade and this weekend I decided to light it up. I had not read any reviews and had virtually no knowledge of these. All I knew was some guy on the forum had rolled them. To be honest I had very low expectations.

It was a Corona sized cigar and had a very rustic medium-dark wrapper. Feeling on the cigar there were no noticeable hard or soft spots and pre-light draws were unrestricted but not too loose.

After I lit the cigar it burned perfectly from start to finish. The draw was perfect and it never got hot. While it was not extremely complex the taste was good with hints of coffee, chocolate, and tobacco with a peppery taste in the nose. The smoke was slightly harsh at first but mellowed to the point I could nose smoke.

I enjoyed this smoke and would definitely put them on a list to smoke again.
