OOOOooooo, Randy Moss. Maybe they can bust out TO, too.
 I'm not sure who the Rams are courting, but that's their plan. I don't think they're thinking a wr from the draft, they need asses in seats and think they're good enough to win with a good wide receiver. Regardless, if they still suck, they're likely to make some noise or at least put up some big plays.
