Default Re: Cutter Sharpening?

What's interesting is that most "dull" cutters aren't dull at all. Tobacco oils build up on the blades and make them seem dull, but a good cleaning with isopropyl alcohol (or rubbing alcohol followed by a good drying / wipeoff) usually does wonders and gets things back in business. I keep a box or two of alcohol wipes around for multiple uses, this being one of them. The packaged alcohol wipes are PERFECT for cutter cleaning, and dirt cheap. You can get 'em in any pharmacy.

Before you pitch / warranty your cutter, I'd sure give this a try.
