Somali Pirates

I was having a conversation with some about this earlier this week.

I think maybe a nice, smaller container ship with a few "modified" containers on it's deck might be in order. Mount a copple of missle launchers, maybe a couple of 20mm cannons or a field howitzer (like the put in the AC-130's) behind breakaway panels. A platton of Marines or a couple of SEAL squads to great any borders. I would think that would do the trick.

Back in WW1 the Germans has a similar vessle, although it was more of a pirate (well, maybe privateer) than a pirate "fighter". It was named the "Seeadler" (Sea Eagle).
