He apologised for the trouble and said next time i place an order to call them and they will toss in two of the UHC's for me to replace the one split one. I like that type of customer service. Really makes me feel good about doing business with them again. I know issues pop up from time to time, thats not a downer for me, its how they fix it that keeps me ordering from them.

Can't go wrong with Cigar.com, or CI. StogieBoys had great customer service as well.
