Just put a rack of ribs in the oven, dry rub, a little apple sauce and some othr spices. Have them in for an hour right now, probably go for 2 wrapped in foil, finish for a half hour out of foil. Sound about right on cook time? My friend just brought them over andI kinda am winging it.
