Lagunitas Customer Service
About two weeks ago I bought a 6'er of Maximus. Two bottles were bad. The entire head popped off when I tried to open them. I emailed Lagunitas to let them know. I realize it could be a shipping problem, but if they were having an issue with bottles I wanted them to know. I received an email from Ron Lindenbusch and provided any info I could. He offered to replace the $$ lost or provide swag. I told him I'm relocating to Washington State next week and there was no need. Ron asked for my new addy. Today I got an email there will be a "care package" arriving shortly after I get to my new place.
