Default Re: Quitting cigs... again...

I stopped smoking dec 18th of 09.
I had quit several times before with going back a month two months and even a year and a half later at one point.

But this time was different.
I did not have the uncontrollable urge to have a cigarette
I need a cigarette didn't happen that often although it still does happen even 20 months later. But now it passes.
And I did it for me, I made the decision to stop not work saying I can't smoke in the truck not my friends who quit and gave me **** and I didn't do it for my Family although they were a factor.
but the decision was mine and I think after realizing that It made stopping allot easier.
