Ever Use CIgarPlace.biz?

I don't know if this is the right place for this so mods please move it if it isn't.

I recently stumbled upon a Cigar Place and noticed they have better prices than most other companies, such as JR and Famous-Smoke, and I was wondering if anyone has ordered from them before? They beat out JR by a good $20 on some items but then are more expensive on a few by just a buck or two. Didn't know if it was safe to order.
