Tracking What Cigars you have

So How do you keep track of what Cigars you have?

I thought id never be to this point but I have almost 3 small Humidors fulls and I never know What all I have with out digging them all out every time.


How does everyone keep track? Is there a good Mobile App? Computer Software? Spreadsheet? or Old Fashion Pen and Paper.. or do you just have that good of a memory? lol
