Welp, I went and bought a ring.

I finally got a chance to ask Lisa's Dad for her hand. He was very happy I did. He has four girls and they've all been married more than once, except one. He said that Frank was the only other guy that asked. He's married to the only sister that's only been married once. I figure that's a real good sign that we have a good start.

I asked Lisa to marry me, she said yes, and she loved the ring.
I'm still overwhelmed. I'm ecstatic, but my little brain hasn't even had time to ring this stuff up yet.
