A first for me - a poorly rolled DPG
I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. It's still a surprise though.
Bought a DPG Black robusto at the B&M. Squishy and rolled too loose. I recently smoked a Tabacos Baez SF (short filler) that was firmer and drew better than this stick. I dryboxed it for 2 days (the B&Ms humidor is too humid). Honestly, this is only the second Black I've ever smoked. The first one didn't do anything for me, but reading all the glowing reviews made me decide to revisit. This one didn't do anything for me either. Spice in the nose, very short finish and nowhere near the "depth" of flavor that his other cigars have. I gotta learn to start trusting my palate. Especially when it comes to shelling out almost 7 bucks!
