As the others suggested. Smoke with a sugary drink because when you smoke a cigar, you blood-sugar will drop. That is what caused you to get light-headed. That is one of the symptoms of dropping blood-sugar. The more you smoke, you will build a tolerance to the nicotine and you will not feel that way as easily.
For a great mild smoke try the Casa Torano and H Up Vintage Cameroon.
