			$1 million saved in salary cap by releasing R. Williams? $11 million signing bonus? And TO just got a $12 million signing bonus last year. Why wouldn't Jones hold onto them and maybe try to use them in a draft day trade? For a 2nd or even 3rd round draft pick??
