A habit above that, the changes are small but consistent; single digit type percentage increases for those areas you'd expect, mouth/throat. There are a lot of other variables that play in, including but not limited to: genetics, lifestyle choices like diet/exercise, exposure to other carcinogens at the workplace or home, etc. As with many things in life, moderation tempers most concerns.
