UPDATE: Health
So on Wednesday this week I went down to Sylvester cancer center in Miami to have a tube check done by interventional radiology. I was hoping that the stent I have in my pancreatic duct could be removed and the pancreatic fistula could finally be closed up. Sadly, this was not the case. They kept the stent in and just put another external drain on me so i'll have to follow up in 6 weeks for another tube check. This has been an incredibly long journey for me and my family and I was really hoping to be able to "close the door" on this one but it just wasn't meant to be. Every time i've had a procedure where it could possibly fix everything in one shot it always seems to fail so I've resolved myself to the fact that what ever God has planned we're taking the long way to the end result. All that matters is we get to our destination eventually. Nothing else to say other than I would appreciate your thoughts and prayers for health and healing for me and my family. Thank you all for that!
