Arturo Fuente Anejo Maduro "The Shark" Review
$14 - $24
5 3/4 X 52 Looking forward to this girl for awhile, turn the phone off, everyone gone and I'm alone with this famous cigar.... The Shark is the only one that does not come in-cased in a cedar tube Prelight: Cognac, sweet hay, floral, buttery nuttiness, cedar and spice 1st 1/3 Takes some torching to get the dense tobacco started, spice and vanilla, cognac, bittersweet chocolate, retrohale was a pleasant tartness, burn is wavy for such an expensive stick. Draw is perfect and coats my mouth with a layer of flavors but the dam burn is disappointing. 2nd 1/3 Smoothness of the Shark is enjoyable full” bodied. No real sign of nicotine. The Shark burn is terrible, 2nd correction made is crazy ridicules. The flavors have switched, the chocolate now in the background as the cognac and cedar tastes stronger. Puling off the ring, the wrapper came partially apart, I'm I in a bad dream? Last 1/3 Similar to auguring with a beautiful women as she gets uglier by the minute.... Burn never got straighten out on it's own all the way down The flavors are wonderful though and felling the nicotine now. Although the price tag is extreme and it's exclusiveness rare I would not buy it again and the other Anejo Maduro's I've had and much better. It’s a cigar that everyone should try at least once and I really enjoyed the complexity of the stick. Smoke time 1 hr 45 min Score 8 out of 10 for the chit burn
