Anyone know a Decent Reminder App/Software for Win7/Iphone?

Hey Fellas,

Anyone know a decent App or software, preferably free or just a couple dollars to download, that is good for reminders?

Here is the situation...

Weekdays are really slow here at the hotel lately, So I spend most of my time in the back office on the computer surfing CA... I need a program or Iphone app that will remind me every 30 mins or hour to get up and walk on camera for a bit to reassure my management that I am, In fact, at work...

Lately I have been setting 8 different alarms to remind me on the iphone... but this is tiresome...
