The Slow-Aged are my every-other-day stick, especially mid-day.
I prefer the naturals over the maduros. Medium body, pleasant mix of leather, wood, florals & a touch of citrus. They're better if you "slow age" them longer - about 6 months or more. Then the citrus is more understated. The last third can sometimes get bitter, though. I recommend the Glorioso (Toro) size. They are often offered on CigarBid for decent prices, so try a 5-pack before committing to a bundle. I can't comment on the JR Alternatives, as I've never tried 'em.
