Smoke Inn: Great Customer Service Experience
I heard about the Fuente Solaris cigars from one of the blogs, and decided to purchase a box. I made the purchase on May 4th, and I believe the cigars were supposed to be shipped out the next week when they came in.
Work was keeping me busy, and it was not until recently that I realized I had not received the box yet. I called Smoke Inn and they realized that while they had charged me for the order (on May 5th I believe, since it was a pre-order), they had not shipped the cigars. They shipped the cigars the same day I called, with priority mail, and not only did I receive the box of Solaris cigars (and the free t-shirt that was included in the deal), but I also received a free Oliva sampler box, free hat, and a very nice single stick travel humidifier (never seen anything like it before). I hope my orders get delayed more in the future |
