I placed an order on Dec 27th, 2008 and have not received it as of this date. I tried to call on the toll free line at least ten times and it's always busy. I also tried to call via their local line and it comes up as disconnected. The website is also gone! I'm stuck for $31.50, however, I will dispute it when I get the Credit Card Billing!
