Haha well it is a Jingle contest. Did you look at the website that is linked? It helps explain it. Basically Burma Shave had ads back in the 60s, I believe it was the 60s, that were little jingles. The contest would be to create your own jingle about anything having to do with pipe smoking or any member here on the forum.
