5 Vegas Classic-Double Corona- This is the one!
Oh my, oh my, oh my. This is da' bomb!
The Double Corona (6 x 48) has always made me laugh. A Toro is 6 x 50. So what is the difference in 1/32"? I don't know but this is my boy.It combines all the flavors in the right order, in the right amount, at the right time. This is my favorite of all the sizes. It's yummy, I got love in my tummy. The prelight is the same as all the others.....cocoa and espresso. Upon light up, the creaminess envelops my taste buds. It swirls around my mouth and makes me want a vanilla ice cream cone. And then I get leather, wood and a tinge of spice. Absolutely perfect! While the 5 Vegas Classic line is not big on complexity, it makes up for it in consistency. It's the perfect first stick of the day. I started off with bottled water and then quickly made a cup of coffee. Yeah, babies! That's the ticket! Smoke is pouring out of it like my wedding night. The spice ramps up a bit and stays static throughout the smoke. It adds a little danger to the creaminess. I like that it remains medium body start to finish. At points, it nears full body, but never quite attains it. The buttery cream is maximized. I've been ruined for the rest of the day. Now I'm getting the hiccups. Some cigars do that to me. I have no idea why. I've Googled it but can't find a resolution. I'm more than halfway through it and I don't want it to stop. I'm going to just sit back and enjoy this until I get near the end before I write anymore. * * * OK, I'm down to the nub and all I can say is, what an enjoyable cigar. I have 4 more and I shall treasure them. I'm going to let them age for another month or two and see what I get. |
