Outstanding. Sent a PM with a couple random questions (won't get into details here), ultimately found out a special I had hoped for was off and lo an behold I got a PM back saying the special would be honored.

Sorry to sound cryptic and all - but I felt the urge to post a +1 for Mark at cigarmony.

Fellas, I do not think it gets much better in the form of customer service than that- and this is my first order from the guys!

Mark is one of the best guys out there. He is a stand up businessman and friend. I have been lucky enough to smoke with Mark and do business with him and both have been extremely rewarding.

During the daily grind, it's difficult to know if what you're doing is right in the end (especially since I've never started a business before).

These kind of threads always make me feel funny as I am not good at receiving compliments but they ALWAYS make me feel good that's for sure.
